• It must follow the Guidelines for personal webpages (located here)

The charge of $1.67/month will be applied to your current billing cycle (ie, if you are being billed monthly on your credit card, the charge for your personal webpage will be billed monthly on the same credit card, and on the same day as your regular billing).
