YA-Newswatcher NNRP

Here are some quick instructions on how to configure YA-Newswatcher for NNRP authentication ("logging in" to the news server).

• Open YA-Newswatcher, then click on the Edit menu and choose Preferences.
  
  
• In the drop down box, select Authentication.
  
  
  
  
• In the Username box, type your username. If you are a PDQ customer, you must type your username as username@ia-pdq instead of just your username. If you are a NeoSoft customer, you can ignore this screen altogether.
• In the Password box, type your password.
• Click the circle next to Always Authenticate.
• Click OK to close this window.

YA-Newswatcher is now setup to perform NNRP authentication!
