Email Attachments in Outlook XP |

- Click on the File menu, choose New, then choose
Mail Message.

- At this point you can compose your message as you normally would.
- Click the Insert menu, then choose File.

- After you locate the file you wish to send, click on the file once to
highlight it. Then click the Insert button.

- You will see the new file you have chosen to attach. You can repeat this
process to attach more files.
You are now ready to send your email!

- When someone send you an email with an attachment, you will see a list
of the attachements in the "header" bar of the message preview. When you
right-click on the filename, you will be presented with a list of
options, such as Open to open the file and Save As
to save the file to the hard drive.
