If you are a PDQ customer, you should have given the sales representative an "Access Code" when you signed up. Typically this is your Mother's Maiden name. However, some people prefer to not to give that out, and they have given some other "secret word" instead. The Access Code is used anytime you wish to make ANY changes to your account, such as adding services, removing services, changing billing type, etc. If you do not know your Access Code, you will need to contact the local technical support team to verify other information to make any account changes.
